“I had the pleasure of dining at Castillo in the Renaissance, and it was a highlight of my stay. I tried the spicy meatballs with black beans and tomato sauce, and every bite was packed with flavor. It was served with rice and sour cream, which complemented the dish perfectly. My wife loved her grilled chicken breast with goat cheese sandwich, claiming it was the best chicken sandwich she ever had.
